ARIES AND ARIES
If they survive the first two years they have a partnership for life. Life is fun and fast and they have a fantastic ability for being able to keep the romance alive. Their consideration for others can however cause problems. What they see as doing a favour for a friend the other may well see as an out and out flirtation and so there arguments commence. They are both very ambitious signs once they have managed to find out what it is they want to do with their lives. More often than not they don’t usually find their calling until their thirties, so it is the young relationships born under this sign that face the bigger strain. They seem to constantly have the need to make life more interesting and this can often result in them upsetting the apple cart so to speak for the sake of it. They need to learn to put themselves in their partner’s position and then perhaps they wouldn’t make the mistakes that they are sure to later regret. One thing is sure with this combination and that is that life will most certainly never be boring. Don’t ever expect the other to turn up on time though, both will have a time schedule of their own, but will not find it acceptable for the other to be late. A little room to make mistakes and you should see each other well into old age, but try and keep the reigns on them and you can forget it, they will be off quicker than a firecracker.
ARIES AND TAURUS
Not a great combination, although funnily enough quite a common one. You may even find that the couples who are born under these signs are usually of an age difference too. The Aries is likely to go at the relationship hammer and tongs to begin with but can often cool off just when the Taurus is beginning to find his or her feet. The sensual bull will pull the right punches by bringing their womanly or manly wiles into the situation just when the aries is giving up hope, and can keep them interested for years, not just months. Taurus feels inferior to the too clever Aries. Anything one can do the other can do better. You see the ram will always be one step ahead of the bull and will even be able to finish their sentences for them. This is all very well if the ending were approved by the Taurus but unfortunately aries can bully Taurus into their way of thinking, but what they don’t realise is that underneath the bull is still firm in his standing and it could take twenty years before he or she actually gets round to telling you that they hate the meal you have spent the last twenty years ordering for them when you go out for a meal. Aries is too efficient for Taurus’s liking. A jealous pair and life is heaven and hell in turn. If they do decide to make a go of it then they will have plenty to tell their grandchildren, if that is that Taurus can get a word in edgeways.
ARIES AND GEMINI
This is a recommended match, however Aries is just a little too quick for the Gemini’s liking, who prefers a slower pace in life, and less impulsiveness. Don’t get me wrong the Gemini is indeed a party animal who would not dream of turning down an exciting invite. It is just that where an Aries would agree on a whim to move in with you if he or she felt so inclined the Gemini will want to keep all options open. One of the problems also is that the Gemini finds it very hard to let go of the past and will probably still be in touch with at least two of their ex’s. All very well until the ex’s want to have an innocent little chat or a shoulder to cry on when there latest relationship is going down the swannee. Mistrust between the two is rife. Both thrive on affection and this is a factor that holds them together. Physically it can be very exciting but it can also lead them to go too far and this may well be a couple that could take their exploits to some very public places, leading to some embarrassing situations if they are caught. Great parents as they are sure to raise their children in a very modern and understanding way producing very bright and well mannered children. A word of warning for this coupling though, don’t start what you can’t finish. If you begin an argument you don’t really want to see escalate then leave well alone, or you could be in for a long night.
ARIES AND CANCER
A strong physical and mental attraction between the two and they can stay together too. You can be sure that when these two met that sparks really did fly. They will also not be afraid to announce to the whole world the love they have found but need to learn to keep a slower pace or you could lead each other to think that you were just all talk. I have to say however these marriages do not always last, as it can often be the worst combination for both. What one sees as unacceptable the other sees as the only way to go in a situation. They also have the habit of attracting very different sets of friends so will have to give up their social circle if this is a union they really want to last. This really is a case therefore of your partner in life being all to you, your lover, best friend etc. The Cancerian does have a habit of dulling the aries light and more often than not this is likely to be a good fling rather than anything long lasting. After having read this though both are so determined that they will do a very good job of proving me wrong and though stubbornness and determination could well last into their twilight years.
ARIES AND LEO
The Leo can handle the Aries very well indeed. An ideal partnership as the Aries needs the organisation that the Leo can give and Aries provides the excitement and fire that is necessary to keep the thing alive.
Two fire signs are something that not all astrologers recommend as when you fight well you really go to town, but oh how passionate that making up can be. Their fault can be that they like to get others involved in their arguments and so very often friend’s end up taking sides in things that just don’t concern them. If they could learn to keep their business private then they stand a better chance. They don’t always realise that they make excellent friends but they really do, not only do they share the same stamina but Aries ruling planet mars keeps the unpredictability going in the relationship and also keeps leos interest there too. Where as Leos ruling planet the sun will bring laughter into any argument and ensure that neither party stays mad for long. A problem they will have to get through though is that neither will ever give in or say they were wrong in an argument but at least it gives the other a reason to stick, even if it’s just to prove a point over a minor issue in an argument they are like a dog with a bone and won’t let go until you grab them and show them in black and white how wrong they were and of course how right you were.
ARIES AND VIRGO
These two don’t mix all that well I’m afraid. Aries will make Virgo up tight over most things and Virgo will give Aries cause to get to screaming pitch with frustration. They find difficulty in agreeing on important matters. Aries is also a little too outgoing for the earthy nature that a virgo has and while ones idea will be a romantic night in in front of the telly the others will be a night on the town. In fact when one starts to feel sleepy the other starts to wake up. One of the ways that you can add endurance and staying power into this union of course is to agree to disagree but then again this is something I have very rarely seen from a Virgo. The many cronies or should I say friends that a virgo tends to gather could also be a problem for an aries in love likes it to be just the two of you and will call on you at a moments notice for a rendezvous expecting you to cancel everything that you were doing with friends which of cause the virgo would find almost unthinkable. A good way to keep this light alive would be plan days to be together but then leave an open diary as to what you are going to do together and that way the virgo will get their planned agenda but the aries can add the spontaneity by picking a surprise place.
ARIES AND LIBRA
A fine combination while it lasts. But eight times out of ten the Libra can’t stay loyal or faithful and lack of understanding between the two grows unnoticeable over a period of time. This is one that I would predict success for and many successful marriages and couplings have occurred between these two signs. One of the things that seems to keep them together is the love and loyalty that the Libran can show to the aries who is bound to have caused a few hiccups in the early days. The aries longs to be tamed and will see how far they can push the Libra who succumbs to emotional blackmail but is also capable of giving as much as he or she gets. You should not be mistaken into thinking however that the Libran is a fool, oh no, they will know exactly what they are doing from day one and if they intend to seduce you then chances are they will succeed and they will know just what to say and do to turn the aries into jelly and will only play the fool when it is necessary. The fiery temper of the Aries can often hurt the Libra who may think that they are not loved, but don’t be fooled Aries, they wouldn’t be with you if they didn’t think this was a winning combination.
ARIES AND SCORPIO
I have seen many parternships between these two signs last, but the problems in this duo is that both are hot headed and ambitious but their ambitions lie in two different directions. Jealousy is more often than not a problem and the cause of most break-ups between these two signs. Many in fact often say that they end up feeling more like brother and sister but of course can never have just a friendship as the animal sexual attraction is always bubbling away underneath the surface. They share the same ruling planet mars which means that they like to outwit each other and can often end up butting heads daring one another to see how far you will go. If one can drink ten pints the other can drink eleven although both are really secretly dying for the other to give in and will see things through to the death just to keep their reputation in tact. Aries have a wonderful tendency to say the wrong thing at the wrong moment and Scorpio will have no intention of letting you forget any words that came out of your mouth. If you want to see this union lasting into the twilight years then stop making life a competition and start living it as a team, after all if you share a planet surely you can share the other things in life, such as money, a home, friends etc, well maybe not but give it a go life will always be fun.
ARIES AND SAGITARIUS
A great partnership and socially these two will get on like a house on fire, but when it comes to the nasties in life like money and domestic affairs they just can’t agree. Compromises are more often than not a way of life for these two. This is one however that astrologers will recommend for marriage or partnership and that is because you really are willing to adjust for each other and will go that extra mile for someone you love. The sex life of these two is great but they ought to learn to go for quality rather than quantity they’d saves each other a lot of energy in the process. These two can often be a one night stand job rather than a long term thing and if they do decide to set up house for years rather than a week then they will find that they become very much like each other and some people will even say that they begin to look like each other and dress like each other after a period of time. I would be inclined to advise you not to try and change each other though; you will have your little idiosyncrasies and must allow your partner theirs. The Sagittarius will try to push the aries into things that they are not even sure they want themselves and so what turned into a dare of marriage could end up as a fifty year marriage down the line but as long as they ask the aries at the right time, then Sagittarius will get everything they want.
ARIES AND CAPRICORN
Fire and earth is an odd union indeed for they become so intertwined that they can lose sight of who they were before they met their other half. Don’t think for a second though capricorn that you can curb the aries wild ways for they will continue to do what they want and if you try and stop them then they will just end up doing it behind your back. Capricorn needs to learn to live a little more and not to plan so much and often the Capricorn’s career can get in the way of the fun that the Aries likes to have twenty four hours a day seven days a week. The sense of humour of the ram will be the initial attraction that has led these two to strike up any kind of a relationship and they are likely to have flirted for quite a while before the real fun begun. In fact the Capricorn will enjoy the fresh air that the ram can breathe into their life but may find them a little too much to handle. Therefore unless you want to see these two fall out badly and never speak again you will have to learn to ignore them if you are a friend of theirs for it is only when others take notice and start to watch the bickering and arguments that take place that they will realise maybe their future does not lie together after all. All in all a union which if sine unless others start to interfere and which will survive unless friends and family decide to give advice and guidance.
ARIES AND AQUARIUS
God these two love each other so much they could kill each other and that’s only on the first date. Don’t be fooled into thinking that they didn’t know what they were getting into five years down the line, these are both two very clued up signs who will pretend to play dumb just to place blame for any mistakes elsewhere. The big problems start when their families mix and the old secrets start to creep up, usually about both of their very colourful past. They both seem to look to the past a lot for answers which they can only find by moving forwards not backwards and both are prone to saying things that they really don’t mean. If they started off as friends and then became lovers then they will willingly admit that they fancied each other for years anyway and will blame the other for not making the sparks fly sooner. My only worry with this union is what they will do when life returns to the normality that it does after the initial ‘get together.’ Maybe they will play games for the next fifty years or just imagine that they have only met each night, but a word of advice if one stops expecting so much, so will the other so try to learn to enjoy today together and stop living for tomorrow.
ARIES AND PISCES
This is a couple that will love each other but not like each other I’m afraid for both will want the other to become more like them and as time goes on they will think the other is more and more in the wrong. They will never of course, say this to each others face but they will instead, tell their friends, your friends and anyone in fact who is willing to listen. Pisces loves the dramatic and Aries will give them the attitude but not the control, so it is a battle of wills and a case of who dares wins. They can go on and on like this for years but eventually one tires of the others inability to give in and turns on their heels quickly and unexpectedly, in fact even they will not know they are going to do it, just one day they will have had enough, unless of course they have decided to jump in at the deep end and go for marriage in which case they may well last the distance for when these two signs make a commitment they go all out and will not listen to anyone but will stick with their initial decision, surprisingly making a very good job of working things out.
